Friendly staff, good food, clean room, convenient location, close to beach and harbour.

We were here for one night. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like the big easy that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Decent size room: )

Beware of the beach - we found a used syringe in the shallow part near where our children were playing - stick with the hotel pool!

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel in the heart of a popular beach area. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and just a short walk down the hill to the beautiful Serendipity beach. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds and a good bathroom with a bath. The hotel also had great facilities and the price was reasonable, with breakfast included.

All was okay, nothing to complain about.

Just a wonderful place to stay - couldn't suggest anything more than this.

Great service, nice room, great position

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Sihanoukville and we were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from both the beach and a variety of bars and restaurants. We also appreciated the comfortable and nicely appointed rooms that provided a cozy and romantic atmosphere. the hotel had a small but well-maintained pool area where we could relax and enjoy the warm weather.

There were a few aspects of our stay that could have been better. we experienced issues with the water in our room, which was constantly running.

The best feature of this hotel is the quality of its staff and the atmosphere that they create, they are extremely friendly and helpful. A very chilled out place to stay in Sihanoukville although do not expect the best rooms design, they are basic and clean which make you get out and enjoy the town.

This hotel is an oasis in the bustling town of Serendipity beach. The location is perfectly in the center of the main area, making it convenient for exploring all the attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms are modern and clean, with lovely modern bathroom fixtures and good facilities. I especially enjoyed the Jacuzzi bath, a luxurious touch that added to the relaxation. The breakfast, although not included, was filling and delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day.

All was well, no improvements needed.

Wifi was not working ve"ry well at first but thanks to the very helpful staff, the problem was quickly solved.

Friendly Staff makes the stay much relaxed. I need to comment on their Good command of English. Central Location and easily accessed to beach and supermarts and restaurants. Very Clean Environment.

Pool too small. Can get a bit noisy on some nights but it did not bother me.
